Preparation work before the first startup of the direct-cooling block ice machine
1. Check whether the equipment is properly installed and the fixing bolts are tightened.
2. Verify that water and electricity connections are completed, and the water supply and power supply meet the equipment requirements.
3. Inspect the cooling water pump, fan, defrost water pump, and defrost fan for correct rotation. Ensure wiring is securely fastened, the junction box inlet is sealed to prevent water ingress, and the machine's grounding is properly connected.
4. Confirm whether the equipment is pressurized and vacuumed (this step can be omitted for factory-tested integrated machines). Note: For on-site installed machines, before pressurizing, install the dryer and suction filter cores. Ensure the cotton pad of the dryer filter and the rubber ring and fine mesh of the suction filter are correctly installed. Before leak testing, pressurizing, vacuuming, and starting up, confirm all valves are in the open position.
5. Verify that the machine's refrigeration oil and Freon have been added.
6. Check whether all accessories and valves of the equipment are correctly connected, and whether all valves that should be opened or closed are in the correct state.
7. Inspect whether the refrigeration pipeline valves are open, whether there is sufficient refrigerant in the system, and whether the compressor has adequate lubricating oil.
8. Ensure the compressor is functioning normally and that water and electricity connections are not reversed.
9. Check whether the ice maker's settings are correct, all functions are operational, and whether it is ready to start.
10. Before starting the equipment, power it on for 2 hours to ensure the compressor lubricating oil is fully heated.
11. For the first startup or after prolonged shutdown, simulate startup by running the water pump for at least 5 minutes. Ensure the pump operates normally, the water circuit is unobstructed, and clean the water circuit to remove air from the pipes.
12. When the water circuit is running smoothly and the cooling tower is operating normally, press the ice-making start button to put the equipment into normal refrigeration mode.

1. It is prohibited to start the equipment when the compressor lubricating oil is insufficiently heated or lacks oil or refrigerant.
2. Arbitrarily changing the electrical connections inside the control cabinet will lead to unpredictable consequences for the equipment. It is prohibited to modify the circuit without written consent from our company.
3. The power phase sequence protector is used to detect whether the power supply meets the equipment requirements. If any abnormality occurs, check the power supply according to the display, and do not arbitrarily change the wiring of the phase sequence protector.
4. If the equipment experiences any fault protection that cannot be reset, it is strictly forbidden to bypass the protection and start the machine. After the protection is triggered, the machine will stop operating, and the fault information will be displayed on the touch screen. Click the fault information to access the solution for that fault, making it convenient for users to maintain and operate the machine. Delay response time: 10 seconds.
